I began my yoga journey 11 years ago primarily as a way to get low impact movement and get stronger. I fell in love with being able to quiet the mind and it helped with my anxiety and how I lived her daily life. I decided, once I became a teacher, that I could pass along the practice of yoga to every person willing to give it a try. My passion for yoga and what it can do for you both on and off the mat is what I want to share in her classes. Yoga isn’t about what others are doing or about putting yourself into a pretzel, its about honoring your body and what works for you. Anyone can do yoga.
