Hello and welcome! I am so happy you are here.
I am a wife, a mom, a business owner, yoga teacher, and podcast host. After having kids, I chose to stay home with them for most of their childhood. I worked, here and there, but nothing you can call a “career”. As my kids became adults and became more independent, I found myself searching for what is next. I knew I wanted to help women create a life of joy and passion. But, how?
Since my youngest daughter was born in 2002, I have been living with depression and anxiety. After many attempts to feel better without medication, each time certain that I didn’t. need it, I finally surrendered to the fact that to live a full life, without depression, I needed medication. Medication isn’t for everyone, but it has been necessary for me.
During the pandemic, I started brainstorming how I can reach women, share my story and help other women living with depression and anxiety..
And thus, The Soulful Mind, my podcast was born.
As women, we hold multiple rolls in our life. We take care of everyone around us and tend to put ourself last.
My goal is to teach women how to reclaim their confidence and live their life with joy, purpose and passion.
My goal is to help women who want to grow mentally, physically, and spiritually awaken through mindfulness and yoga so they can cultivate a deep connection with themselves, others, and the world to heal and shift from feeling alone and isolated to connected and peaceful.
